Tim was amazing! We were initially scheduled to get into DJT at 10:35pm. Our flights got delayed so we would have missed our connection so we were rebooked to fly into FLL with an arrival time of midnight. We texted Tim and he said absolutely he could still do it. Well, that flight was delayed several times and we ended up not arriving 3:30am!!! The entire Tim was in constant communication with us, stating he was tracking our flight! We felt awful, and told him we absolutely understood if he needed to cancel and his response was, “ I got you”. So sure enough we walked out of the airport and he was there. After a long exhausting day, it was great to know we did not have to wait for a ride share.

Update…we were delayed coming back from Boston to Fort Lauderdale yesterday. I let Tim know and continued to update him as the flight was pushed back hour after hour. I just wanted to give a HUGE recommendation to Tim with TNT Car Services! We used him for transportation during our stay at Ocean Pointe and had such a great experience.
Tim picked us up from the airport with little to no wait time, helped load the car and he was so friendly and welcoming! He even took us to the Walmart on Belvedere so we could pick up groceries for the week before taking us to the resort. It made getting settled in SO easy, especially without having a rental car.

My daughter did an online pickup order at the Walmart on Belvedere close to the airport for her arrival time. We used Tim from TNT Black Car Service for the airport pickup and he stopped with them to grab the groceries on the way as they were ready and waiting. It was perfect!!!
